  • Of course we can!

    Please send us an enquiry with details of your event location and we can discuss various options to suit your music entertainment needs.

  • Yes, venues at locations outside of Melbourne will incur a travel fee. This is calculated at $60 per hour per musician and will be discussed with you at the time of booking.

  • Typically our musicians wear formal, elegant/cocktail or 'glam' black clothing depending on the nature of the function.

    If you have requests or preferences for the attire of your event entertainment, such as colours for a summer garden party, or festive celebration, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate!

  • Yes, of course! If your special song or piece isn’t in our music list, we are more than happy to arrange it for you. A nominal fee will be discussed for this and we will require at least 21 days notice before the event.

  • The minimum booking time for any Vivid Strings ensemble is one hour. This is the performance time and we do not charge for bump-in or pack-down time.

    2 | SECURE YOUR BOOKING

    Once you're ready to move forward, confirm via email, review our T&Cs, and we’ll send an invoice for a $200 deposit to reserve your date and musicians.

    3 | THE LEAD UP

    Six weeks before your event, we’ll provide an online form to gather any remaining details, including music requests, dress code, and day-of contacts, so you can relax and enjoy.
