Of course we can! Please send us an enquiry with details of your event location and we can discuss various options to suit your music entertainment needs. We love travelling to and performing in other parts of New Zealand.

Yes, venues at locations outside of the CBD (such as Martinborough or the Hawkes Bay for example) will incur a travel fee. This is calculated at $60 per hour per musician and will be discussed with you at the time of booking so all costing is transparent.

Typically our musicians wear formal, elegant/cocktail or 'glam' black clothing depending on the nature of the function.
If you have requests or preferences for the attire of your event entertainment, such as colours for a summer garden party, or festive celebration, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate!

Yes, of course! If your special song or piece isn’t in our music list, we are more than happy to arrange it for you. A nominal fee will be discussed for this and we will require at least 21 days notice before the event.

The minimum booking time for any Vivid Strings ensemble is one hour. This is the performance time and we do not charge for bump-in or pack-down time.

Six weeks before your event, we’ll provide an online form to gather any remaining details, including music requests, dress code, and day-of contacts, so you can relax and enjoy.
